Strength Work  / Technique: Barbell Cleans

Section 2
Kettlebell Work / Technique
5 Rounds of:
Kettlebell Shoulder Press, 5 reps per arm
Double Kettlebell Swings, 20 reps

Section 3
Jump Rope Double Unders:
Score = maximum continuous reps in any round
