In 12 minutes - As Many Rounds as Possible on the Minute of:
- Hang Squat Cleans, 6 reps
- Thrusters, 6 reps
Section 2
Circuit: Score = Time
“Turn-Around”
- Deadlifts
- Pull Ups
Section 3
Finish Up Workout
- 100 Ab Mat Sit Ups OR
- 50 Feet to Hands
