Warm Up
  • Run, 800 meters             
  • Kettlebell Swings, 40 reps
  • Sit Ups, 40 reps
 Section 1
In 12 minutes - As Many Rounds as Possible on the Minute of:
  • Hang Squat Cleans, 6 reps
  • Thrusters, 6 reps
 Section 2
Circuit:  Score = Time
“Turn-Around”
  • Deadlifts
  • Pull Ups
 Section 3
Finish Up Workout
  • 100 Ab Mat Sit Ups OR
  • 50 Feet to Hands
