  • Feet to Hands, 30 reps             
  • Barbell Push Presses, 50 reps
  • Row, 500 meters

Section 1
Circuit:  Score = Total Combined Reps
  • Dead Jane Pull  Ups, 6 minutes
  • Dumbbell Chest Presses, 6 minutes

Section 2
Group Technique Work, 1-rep maximum load
  • Barbell Cleans
