Warm Up
2 Rounds of the following:
  • Air Squats30 reps             
  • Low Kettlebell Swings30 reps
  • Pull Ups10 reps

Section 1
For Max
  • Row for Max Stroke Row

Section 2
Circuit:  Score = Lowest Reps in any Round
Tabata – 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds
  • Hang Power Cleans
  • Sit Ups

Section 2
Partner Wall Ball Drill
  • 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 24 rounds
