Circuit “Cindy”
As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes
Pull Ups, 5 reps; Push Ups, 10 reps; Squats, 15 reps

Section 2
Thrusters, 100 reps
Kettlebell Swings, 100 reps
Block Run
